RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
We're here to help you make the right choice, but please note that we can't accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for trade-only items shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Your sale is final, with one exception: if your item arrives damaged during transit.
To ensure your confidence in your purchase, feel free to request tear sheets, high-resolution images, or samples. When your order arrives, inspect it immediately. If you do find any damage, please take photographs of both the packaging and the product, and promptly notify SideDoor (cc: SGHome) within 48 hours

For most furniture items, trusted local freight carriers take charge. They'll reach out to you directly when your furniture is prepared for delivery, coordinating a convenient delivery date that aligns with your schedule.
Good news – Threshold delivery is on us!
Your furniture will be dropped off 'To Your Door / Threshold.' Want it inside or at your doorstep? Your call.
Keep in mind, Threshold delivery doesn't cover room setup, assembly, or packaging removal. But guess what? You can level up to 'White Glove' at checkout for a little extra. 'White Glove' means we'll handle the packaging, light assembly, and careful placement. Big furniture fan? Go 'White Glove' – you'll love it!
